We need your help! Many have been asking to help Forest Park members and people in the community with tornado relief. Please feel free to pass along the following ways to help:

-FPBC.net: The Forest Park website has been updated to discover tornado needs and updates (visit fpbc.net or forestpark.tv)

-Facebook: Follow Forest Park on Facebook (Joplin Campus, Carthage Campus, North Campus, or Students)

-Facebook: Pastor John Swadley is posting needs every day, so request to become his friend on Facebook

-Monetary Donation: Please make check to Forest Park Joplin Campus, write “Tornado Relief” on the Memo Line, and mail to:

Forest Park Baptist Church
725 S Highview Ave
Joplin, MO 64801

-Email: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Of course, Forest Park members may choose to give through the offering time during worship services if they wish. One-hundred percent of funds submitted for Tornado Relief will go to the relief efforts.

We appreciate the tremendous response we have received from people looking for ways to help. Please be patient if you do not hear from us right away. The best way to stay informed is by following the links posted above. Feel free to contact Pastor Steve (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) or the Joplin Campus Church Office (417-623-4606) if you have any questions.

We are good friends of Don and Charlotte McClure and have attended your church several times over the years.  We are willing to come to Joplin to assist in any way we can to help with cleanup, etc. after this horrendous tornado.  We have a 2010 6330 John Deere tractor, 100 hp with a five foot front end loader which we are prepared to bring to Joplin to use in whatever area you might need assistance.  We have chain saws which we will bring and would bring anything you might need if we have it or can borrow it.  We can bring water, food, clothing if needed.  We have been invited to stay with the McClures. We can come anytime.

Your assistance request is appreciated!  Samaritan’s Purse is now on the Forest Park Joplin Campus facility site. Please see their website: www.spvolunteernetwork.org or fpbc.net for more information. Thank you for your help offer!

Do you know a church that would like an organ? It plays beautifully and is about the size of a piano. It is very heavy and would require several strong men to move it BUT it is free.
